Environmental Considerations: Our laser engraving process demands a controlled humid environment to ensure the excellence of the final product. While we make efforts to maintain optimal humidity levels during engraving, variations may occur. Please be aware that changes in humidity can impact the appearance of your engraving, and we cannot be held responsible for these fluctuations.

Wood Engraving: Specializing in laser engraving on wood, we meticulously choose the highest quality wood for our creations. Nonetheless, as wood is a natural material, variations in grain and color may exist, influencing the overall appearance of your engraving. We strive for the highest quality, yet we cannot be held accountable for natural variations in the wood.

Painting on Wood: If you opt for painted engravings on wood, be informed that the paint used may experience fading over time due to exposure to sunlight and environmental factors. We cannot guarantee the prolonged vibrancy of the paint.

Time Constraints: Understanding the occasional need for swift turnarounds, we will make every effort to accommodate your timeline. Rush orders, however, may incur additional fees. Any extra charges or adjusted turnaround times will be communicated with you before the commencement of your project.

Payment: Payment for your engraving project is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment through credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal.

Ownership of Materials: You are responsible for ensuring the legal right to use any designs, images, or text provided for your engraving project. By placing an order, you confirm your legal right to use the materials and grant us the right to reproduce and distribute them as necessary.

Returns: As each of our products is custom-made, we do not offer refunds on completed projects. However, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you encounter any issues with the quality of your products, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We are committed to collaborating with you to promptly address and resolve any concerns you may have. Your happiness with our craftsmanship is our priority.
